Wedding in Flowerdale Estate
It is well known that dancing is to be expected at a wedding, but few weddings have quite as much dancing as this one. Diana and Mayer did not confine their happy feet to any particular place or time on their special day, and if you understand dancing as a natural extension of joyfulness it’s not hard to see why. It’s the same reason that neither of them could stop smiling all day, even when that smile was beaming through happy tears. It’s the reason they couldn’t stop looking at each other, with so much love in their eyes it filled the room. And it’s the reason they got married; because these two make each other happy, plain and simple.
Happy enough to dance.
Mayer’s father was the celebrant, and him marrying the two of them lent a real sense of closeness and intimacy to the ceremony that was lovely to witness. But it wasn’t all sentimentality; predictably the dance floor was crowded until late into the night, and there was laughter, love and light in the air.
Personally for us, our job was made much easier by the fact that everything took place in one location. The preparations, ceremony and reception were all held at the transcendently beautiful Flowerdale Estate. It was not just the breathtaking aesthetics that helped us though; not having to worry about transport and being able to fully familiarise ourselves with a location allows for minimal stress and overall better results. We always do our best and work with whatever limitations we may have, but that doesn’t mean we can’t be a little relieved when we happen to have one less thing to worry about!
Diana and Mayer’s wedding was warm, fun and full of life, and we’re so happy to have been a part of it. We wish them all the best for the future and hope they never stop dancing!
